Template notice. This document is a starting point drafted for the TNSM website build. It must be reviewed by a qualified data protection adviser, and the controller details below completed, before the site is treated as legally compliant.
Who we are
Turf & Numbers Sports Management (“TNSM”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through https://tnsmonline.com. You can reach us at hello@tnsmonline.com or by post at 1 Portland Place, London W1B 1PN, United Kingdom.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit through a form: name, email address, telephone number.
- Application details where you apply for representation: date of birth, nationality, position, current club, links to match footage and anything you write in the message field.
- Club brief details where you submit a recruitment brief on behalf of a club.
- Technical data generated automatically by the web server: IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is held in standard server logs.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to assess an application for representation.
- To perform or prepare to enter a contract of representation with you.
- To send the window briefing email, where you have asked us to.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse of our forms.
Our lawful bases are your consent (forms and email updates), the performance of a contract (clients under mandate) and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site.
Players under 18
Our FIFA Football Agent licence does not authorise the representation of minors, so we do not accept applications from players under the age of 18 and do not knowingly collect their personal data. If an application makes clear the applicant is under 18, we delete it and reply explaining why we cannot proceed.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass your details to third parties for marketing. Where a client is under mandate we share the information necessary to pursue a transfer or contract — for example with a prospective club, a national association or a legal adviser — and we tell you when we do. Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf under written terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and unsuccessful applications are held for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to clients under mandate are kept for the period required by FIFA Football Agent Regulations and applicable tax and company law.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@tnsmonline.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them. If analytics are added in future this notice will be updated and a consent banner introduced.
Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the top of the page always shows the current version.
