1. About these terms
This website is operated by Turf & Numbers Sports Management. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. No offer of representation
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of representation, a guarantee of a trial, a transfer, a contract or any particular outcome. Representation begins only when a written mandate is signed by both parties in accordance with FIFA Football Agent Regulations and the rules of the relevant national association.
3. No fees to apply
TNSM does not charge players a fee to apply, to be assessed, or to attend a trial we arrange. Any communication demanding such a payment in our name is fraudulent and should be reported to hello@tnsmonline.com immediately.
4. Information you submit
You confirm that information you submit through our forms is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Where an applicant is under eighteen, a parent or guardian must submit or approve the application. Do not send confidential contractual documents through the website; we will ask for them by a secure route where they are needed.
5. Accuracy of content
Roster information, statistics and editorial notes are published in good faith and may become out of date. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or tax advice. Take independent professional advice before acting on anything you read here.
6. Intellectual property
The TNSM name, crest, wordmark, site design, text and images are owned by or licensed to Turf & Numbers Sports Management. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
7. Third-party links
Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
